“JohnDow asked us to create an easy to update site that could work for their customers, sales representatives, and distributors,” said Sandra Donaldson, president of Donaldson Resources. “We created an easy user interface to add new products and upload literature. The site also helps them maintain a current online library of product information for their sales representatives and distributors.”
The site’s product catalog allows customers to view the full range of products from JohnDow and its subsidiaries EuroVent and ShopRx. The member login area lets sales reps and distributors download sales materials. The site’s content management system makes it easy for the staff at JohnDow to post new information to the site.
